Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all mobile applications and games, hereby referred to as “Applications,” for mobile devices that were created by Right Gaming Studio, Egypt, hereby referred to as the “Service Provider,” as free services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the following Applications:

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these Terms and Conditions before using our Applications. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not download, install, access, or use our Applications.

Use of the Applications

The Applications are provided for entertainment and personal use only. You agree to use the Applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, sale, rental, leasing, sublicensing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extraction of the source code of any Application, any part of our Applications, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You may not translate our Applications into other languages, create derivative versions, interfere with the functionality of the Applications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the Applications, or use the Applications in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, source code, graphics, design, logos, names, audio, visual assets, gameplay elements, software, and other intellectual property rights related to our Applications remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.

Free Services, Ads, and Monetization

Our Applications are provided as free services. However, the Applications may display advertisements and may include advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, push notification, performance monitoring, and monetization services provided by third parties.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices, device settings, applicable laws, and the settings of the third-party advertising networks used in the Applications.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Applications, add or remove features, display advertisements, or charge for certain features, services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases at any time and for any reason. Any paid features, subscriptions, or purchases will be clearly communicated to you before you are charged.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Applications may include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. These purchases may be processed through Google Play or another authorized app marketplace.

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, your purchase will be subject to the terms, payment rules, refund policies, and cancellation procedures of the app marketplace or payment provider used to process the transaction.

The Service Provider does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by third-party platforms or service providers.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling any subscriptions through the app marketplace or platform where the purchase was made.

Personal Data and Privacy

Our Applications may store and process personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider or that is collected automatically through your use of the Applications.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Applications, you also agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to our Applications. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, security vulnerabilities, and may result in our Applications not functioning correctly or at all.

Third-Party Services

Please note that our Applications utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, and other legal requirements. These services may be used for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, attribution, push notifications, subscriptions, purchases, location services, fraud prevention, and app functionality.

By using our Applications, you acknowledge and agree that third-party services may operate according to their own terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, availability, or actions of third-party service providers.

Advertising and Third-Party Content

Our Applications may display advertisements, sponsored content, or links provided by third-party advertising networks. These advertisements may lead to external websites, applications, app store pages, or third-party services that are not owned or controlled by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party advertisements, products, services, websites, or content. If you interact with an advertisement or third-party link, you do so at your own risk and may be subject to that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

Service Limitations

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects of the Applications.

Some functions of our Applications require an active internet connection, which may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Applications do not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access, poor network connection, device limitations, server downtime, third-party service interruptions, or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use our Applications outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s agreement terms will still apply. As a result, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while using our Applications, or other third-party charges.

By using our Applications, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Applications outside of your home territory, region, or country without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using our Applications, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of our Applications. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Applications for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Applications.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Applications.
• Attempt to access, collect, or use data from the Applications in an unauthorized way.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, platform policy, or app marketplace rule.

The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Applications if you violate these Terms and Conditions or use the Applications in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.

Application Updates

The Service Provider may wish to update our Applications from time to time. The Applications are currently available according to the requirements of the mobile operating systems and app marketplaces where they are distributed. These requirements may change, and you may need to download updates if you want to continue using the Applications.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Applications so that they remain relevant to you or compatible with the operating system version installed on your device.

However, you agree to accept updates to the Applications when offered to you. If you do not install updates, some features may not work properly or the Applications may stop functioning.

The Service Provider may also choose to stop providing any Application and may terminate use of the Application at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination:

• The rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms and Conditions will end.
• You must stop using the Application.
• If necessary, you must delete the Application from your device.

Availability and Accuracy

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Applications are useful, functional, and efficient. However, we do not guarantee that the Applications will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or compatible with every device or operating system.

Some information, advertisements, analytics, monetization features, or other functionality may rely on third-party services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on any functionality of the Applications or any third-party service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Applications are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Applications will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be secure, be free from errors, or be free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, device damage, service interruption, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Applications.

The Service Provider is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, advertisements, app stores, mobile network providers, device issues, internet connection problems, unauthorized access, or events outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control.

Children

Our Applications are not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through our Applications, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.

The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.

Your continued use of the Applications after any changes to these Terms and Conditions means that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
